Tell us about your company: Coastal heritage Realty was born from 2 women that admired each others work ethic and integrity. Debbie, at first, was going to do referrals only. Being a great connector all my real estate friends wanted to pay me for all my connections. I had to have a real estate license to do that! Once I finished, Kim approached me because she wanted to add a real estate company to her Coastal Heritage Builders. Our approach is different in that we have the personal touch in all we do. We are with all our buyers, sellers, investors, and renters from day one. We don’t leave it up to the other realtors. Between me and Kim and all our connections, we can advise our clients in connecting with the right people for all the services needed to close a real estate deal.
