Tell us about your company: Coastal heritage Realty was born from 2 women that admired each others work ethic and integrity. Debbie, at first, was going to do referrals only. Being a great connector all my real estate friends wanted to pay me for all my connections. I had to have a real estate license to do that! Once I finished, Kim approached me because she wanted to add a real estate company to her Coastal Heritage Builders. Our approach is different in that we have the personal touch in all we do. We are with all our buyers, sellers, investors, and renters from day one. We don’t leave it up to the other realtors. Between me and Kim and all our connections, we can advise our clients in connecting with the right people for all the services needed to close a real estate deal. Coastal Heritage Realty is a small company but we have proven we achieve big results! Of Course, with Kim being a builder this helps with repairs, new construction, residential and commercial and improvements.

Who is your ideal client? Someone looking a pleasant real estate experience without pressure or hounding. We respect our clients and give them ample time to make decisions yet we are there for them with suggestions and advice.
